MATHS - PAPER 2 Let’s GO!

Here are some more tips!

Statistics is also an important part of Paper 2. Make sure you know how to use your CASIO calculator effectively when answering Statistics questions.

Euclidean Geometry counts for a significant number of marks, so make sure you study and understand all your theorems.

Revise all sections of Geometry and practise applying the theorems to different types of questions.

Use past exam papers to practise questions and get familiar with the way questions are asked. This will help you understand what to expect in the exam and build your confidence.

The mark allocation is a good indication of how much work you need to show in your answer.

For example, if a question is worth 1 mark, a short answer may be enough. However, if a question is worth 4 marks, you need to show the necessary steps and working to earn all the marks.

Remember: Show your working! Even if you know the answer, your working can help you earn valuable marks.

Good luck
